• Distinctiveness: Since moss & wood are naturally grown there will always be slight variances from one piece to another. Stained wood can vary based on the species of wood, the amount of natural grain as well as the direction of the grain. This makes every product truly unique but your item will look as close as possible to the product's photos along with any customization requests submitted.

• Hardware: We include all necessary hanging hardware attached to the artwork. Wall hooks can be purchased for an additional cost. We can usually accommodate requests for specific hangers if needed.

Maintaining Your Art

• Care-Free Design: Our preserved Moss Art is considered "Maintenance-Free". Unlike live plants or traditional floral arrangements, preserved moss art requires no watering, sunlight, or ongoing maintenance. 

• Placement: Recommended for indoor enjoyment only. Keep out of direct sunlight and moving air from vents. Please do not allow the moss to get wet.

• Cleaning: A light stream of air can be used to remove settled dust on the moss.

• As each piece of artwork is meticulously crafted to order, we prioritize prompt shipment upon completion. While we strive to fulfill most orders within an estimated timeframe of approximately 3 weeks, please note that this may vary depending on the volume of requests we receive. Rest assured, we are dedicated to expediting order processing to the best of our ability, ensuring timely delivery to our valued customers.

• For expedited production of your order, we offer a Rush Service option which will allow your order to ship within 10-14 Days. With this service, your order will receive priority attention and be processed ahead of others in our queue. Please note that a Rush Service Fee of [+30%] of the total order value will apply. If you require your order to be expedited, kindly indicate your interest in the Rush Service during the checkout process, and our team will promptly provide you with the necessary details and confirm the revised timeline for delivery.

IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED:

• PACKAGES ARE INSURED FOR THE FULL VALUE OF THE CONTENTS. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR PACKAGE AND ARTWORK UPON ARRIVAL FOR ANY DAMAGES
• YOU MUST RETAIN PACKAGING IF ANY DAMAGE IS INCURRED TO YOUR ARTWORK TO FILE AN INSURANCE CLAIM.
• IF THE BOX OR PACKAGING IS DISCARDED THEN ALL INSURANCE CLAIMS ARE AUTOMATICALLY DENIED BY THE COURIER AND WE WILL BE UNABLE TO REFUND YOU OR REMAKE YOUR ORDER. PLEASE CONTACT US TO BEGIN PROCESSING A CLAIM.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:

• IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO COVER COSTS ASSOCIATED TO RETURNING SHIPMENTS. THE EXCEPTION IS IF MOSSFUSION IS AT FAULT FOR A MISTAKE IN THE ORDER. IF THE ORDER HAS A MISTAKE THEN WE WILL TAKE CARE OF ALL SHIPPING COSTS BOTH WAYS.
