I ordered this gift well in advance for a birthday, keeping in mind it could take up to 8 weeks to arrive. While the order status feature is helpful for tracking progress, my order was stuck at the courier pick-up stage for a few days. I reached out via chat for an update, leaving a message on Friday but didn’t receive a response—understandably, given it was the end of the week. However, I waited until Monday and Tuesday without a reply, even though the automated message indicated I would get one. I eventually followed up and was able to connect with a staff member who promptly explained that the delay was due to damage to the frame.
The entire process ended up taking 11 weeks instead of 8, and I feel customers should be notified of significant delays like this. My order, placed in early September, wasn’t delivered until mid-November. While the recipient loved their gift, no compensation was offered for the extended delay. Proactive communication about delays would greatly improve the experience.
It took exactly 2 months to receive this order, which I was not expecting (maybe it said it somewhere and I missed it). Final product was not as depicted -- the moss did not have stark variations of green as pictured. It also has a pretty bad smell, which I hope will dissipate over time. Basically, a lot more information needs to be communicated as part of the FAQ or purchase process

The order took longer than estimated and the tracking the shipment was a mystery. The product arrived in great condition and was beautiful, meeting our expectations. We’ve had it now for almost a month, but the odor still hasn’t subsided. (The care instructions say the initial odor will go away in a few days)? Italy appears to still be growing, sprouting brown stems across the surface. Not sure yet if I would order again. Hoping the odor subsides as well as the brown growth.

It’s cute, came exactly as pictured! She’s a Beauty! I hung her up myself, purchased thru this site bc it was supposed to be quicker then. Those on Etsy but it took forever to get to me! I waited weeks and weeks and the downside was the tape they put on the corners that wouldn’t come off!! Ugh! But she’s cute I’m happy with her and she’s definitely adding spunk!
